Insect Knowledge Hub
Coming soonThe digital Insect Knowledge Hub of InsectCare is currently being developed. The platform will bring together existing knowledge, data and materials from a range of sources and continuously complement them with results and content from the InsectCare project.
The information will be clearly and accessibly presented for research, teaching, environmental education and professional practice. Visitors will also be able to learn more about the insect groups studied in the project, their habitats, monitoring, ecological restoration and aquatic ecology.
Look it up
Publications, species lists and habitat information on the insect groups studied in the project, as well as on ecological restoration and aquatic ecology – continuously expanded.
Use the data
Monitoring data including location, time and weather, openly documented data models and interfaces.
Apply the methods
Guides, learning modules, videos and sound examples on monitoring and survey methods – for higher education, environmental education and conservation practice.
The APISYS platform already provides an insight into earlier activities at Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences involving bees, innovative monitoring technology and artificial intelligence.
